Are you a complete beginner or experienced yogi? Veerle organizes her yoga class in such a way that it remains challenging for every level.
By offering multiple options per pose, you decide which posture best suits your body and the moment to practice safe at all times. Note that are specialised in designing classes for beginners, we will ask all students in advance for any limitations or injuries.
yoga style
This is a yoga style (Hatha-Vinyasa) is suited for new yogis. People call our sessions joyful, peaceful and mindful. The movement is creative, thoughtful and welcoming. The structure of the class contains the following: breathing exercise (pranayama), series of movements (asanas), relaxation (savasana). The classes are themed upon request, with a physical, mental or spiritual focus.
private class
These sessions for individuals, couples, friends and company yoga can be organised upon request. Together we will look for the perfect theme that fits the session. During the session there is plenty of room for personal attention and hands-on adjustments always with consent. Yoga Club Valencia is active in the area of Valencia and Costa Blanca.
