In these 1:1 private sessions, you’ll be supported with personal guidance in a safe, indoor space.
Whether you’re holding stress you are simply curious about breathwork or processing change, this is your space to go inward. To explore your innerworld.
The breath activates our natural healing process from within that will allow us to feel more and it is our own task to move through these emotions and sensations.

Meet Your Breathwork Guide: Veerle
Through my experience as a yoga teacher, I witnessed and experiences how easy and deeply the breath connects us to ourselves, beyond the physical, into something much more profound.
That curiosity led me to dive deeper into the breath, and become a breathwork facilitator.
My invitation to you: come with openness, meet yourself with compassion, and trust your breath.”

why Breathwork with your group?
Each breathwork experience is unique in its own way. Breahtwork is a collective experience to practice concious connected breath with a group. These are some of the benefits breathwork may bring you:

What to Expect?
At Yoga Club Valencia, we create fully customizable experiences. All you need is your breath, no experience needed. Guidance will be provided in English or Dutch supported by music. More details:

Breathwork: A breathwork session (concious connected breath) is breathing deep and longer than usual to experience trance, feel more and deeply relax & heal. You will be seated or laying down, there will always be a facilitator near.

The session: The session will include an introduction, warm up practice, the actual breathwork and integration phase. A full guided session.

Personal Support: This practice is held with care, and compassion by your facilitator Veerle van Werde, For large groups an additional facilitator will be invited. No pressure, no expectations, just you and your breath.

Indoor session in Valencia & surrounding: The session will be held at a cozy, welcoming space in Valencia or surrounding or from the comfort of your own home.
